Davide Pecorrelli extradited to Albania

Davide Pecorelli was extradited this Tuesday from Italy to Albania.

The Italian citizen was taken into custody at Rinas Airport by the Operational Forces of the General Directorate of Prisons (DPB) and is being sent to the Criminal Offense Execution Institutions to serve the security measure.

Pecorelli has been remanded in custody by the Puka District Court, suspected of a number of serious criminal offenses, including "fraud", "grave rape", "destruction of property by fire" and "illegal crossing of the state border".

Davide Pecorelli, in January 2021, staged the event of his murder and the burning of his body.
