The power of attorney signed in 2003 by Irena Gjoka herself writes that she has been the wife of Sotiraq Gjoka since 2003 when in fact in the civil status he was listed as married to another woman while he married Irena in 2006 as seen from the marriage certificate.

To justify about 60,000 illegal euros, Irena presented as if she had an unnotarized rental contract from February 1996 between her future husband and her brothers.

At that time, LAW No. 7850, dated 29.7.1994 "CIVIL CODE OF THE REPUBLIC OF ALBANIA" was in force, which has only 198 articles!!! How did the 1996 contract know that it would be in accordance with articles 801-825 of the Civil Code of 20 years later? On the basis of this fraud, the "sly" benefactors of the vetting allowed him to pay profit tax on the 60,000 illegal euros that he had allegedly earned 20 years ago!
(The Civil Code adopted in 1994 was amended by laws no. 8536, dated 18.10.1999, no. 8781, dated 3.5.2001, no. 17/2012, dated 16.2.2012, no. 121/2013, dated 18.4.2013, no. 113/2016, dated 3.11.2016; VGKJ no. 69, dated 27.12.2023. So in 1996 the Code adopted in 1994 was in force, which had only 198 articles!)
Didn't they know? Couldn't they verify it? At least this alleged contract with articles that didn't exist that justified 80 million lek 20 years later and paying tax 20 years late for those profits? Did she escape unintentionally or did they pass it by to abuse her?
It had been 16 months since Irena Gjoka's conviction was reported. Even Gazeta Protothema published it, but remained silent. There was talk in the corridors that American officials from Blinken/Soros were pressuring Greece not to make the conviction decision public, because it would throw all the justice reform in Albania into the wind. Every decision signed by Irena becomes null and void and every trial must be repeated from the beginning.
Epilogue
If it was only Irena who was abused, it is enough to see what Irena's deputy did in the preliminary hearing against Sali Berisha.
Initially, he accepted as regular and did not even accept to correct the thick frauds of the indictment, including the 10-fold lie of the rents, the lie that the chairman of the KRRT was Berisha when Edi Rama was, the falsification that the VKM for securities was changed while it is not true and the falsity of the prosecutors was proven, etc. included calling Sali Berisha's sponsorship of singers and the charity that I have carried out for decades for the treatment of autistic children a benefit. On Monday morning, Berisha announced the criminal conviction decision of Irena Gjoka, brought with an apostille stamp by the Court of Ioannina.
The Code of Criminal Procedure, Article 128/a Absolute Invalidity of Acts (Added by Law No. 35/2017, dated 30.3.2017), states that Procedural Acts are absolutely invalid when the provisions related to: a) the conditions for being a judge ... are not respected; therefore, Irena Gjoka's decisions are all invalid and the nightmare of Soros' officials is becoming a reality.
Berisha's lawyers announced at the hearing that they have just learned of Irena Gjoka's criminal conviction and, consequently, that she did not meet the conditions for being a judge, and will file a request to declare all of Irena Gjoka's decisions invalid. The judge replied that the court rejects this request for invalidity. Then the lawyers at the hearing asked the question of how can you reject a request that has not yet been made? This shows extreme prejudice because you don't even see what the arguments are and what the law says, so the disqualification of Judge Davidhi was requested for bias.
Ignoring the laws, turning a blind eye to falsifications, political processes in ignoring the facts are indicators of justice being seized and not of the rule of law. Irena with 3 surnames is the symbol of the misuse of delinquent persons who have been appointed precisely because they are ready to ignore the rule of law and misuse it to the point of violating the law and turning into useful idiots of the party-state.
