These are the three people who were arrested in Dubai, as being involved in serious criminal events and considered supporters of Talo Çela.

Ervis Daka, Maksim Koçi and Ado Xhika are expected to be extradited to Albania. They helped Talo Çela evade justice by creating the necessary living conditions for him.

Ervis Daka, 38 years old, informed the perpetrators who attempted to kill a person about his movements and provided the conditions/means for the murder of another person, as well as transported and provided the necessary living conditions for Talo Çela.

The Criminal Court of Kosovo has imposed the security measure "Arrest in prison" on Daka in 2024 for the criminal offenses of "Premeditated murder", remaining in the attempt, "Providing conditions and material means to commit murder", "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition" and "Supporting the perpetrator of the crime", committed within the framework of a structured criminal group. Daka has informed the perpetrators who have attempted to kill a person about his movements and has provided the conditions/means for the murder of another person.

Maksim Koçi, 39 years old, to whom the Criminal Court of Kosovo, in 2024, assigned the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Premeditated murder", committed for interest and revenge, "Providing conditions and material means to commit murder", "Supporting the perpetrator of the crime" and "Illegal possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", committed within the framework of a structured criminal group. Koçi participated in two murders and provided the conditions/means for the murder of two others. He helped Çela to hide.

Ado Xhika, 40 years old, to whom the Criminal Court of Kosovo, in 2024, assigned the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offense "Supporting the perpetrator of a crime", committed within the framework of a structured criminal group. He is accused of having helped Çela for about 2 years by creating the necessary living conditions and accompanying 1 journalist, with the aim of interviewing him.
