Prokuroria kërkon tre burgime të përjetshëm për Dan Hutrën
Prokuroria e Tiranës ka dhënë ditën e sotme pretencën për Dan Hutrën, i akuzuar për një prej ngjarjeve më tronditëse të viteve të fundit në vend, ku më 1 mars 2023 vrau tre gra dhe plagosi tre të tjera brenda 33 minutave.
Prokurori i çështjes, Enklid Gjini, ka kërkuar dënimin me burgim të përjetshëm për tre nga krimet, si dhe një dënim me 35 vite burg për ngjarjen tjetër, duke theksuar egërsinë dhe planifikimin e kryerjes së krimeve.
Kronologjia e ngjarjes tragjike:
Më 1 mars 2023, vetëm dy javë pasi ishte liruar nga burgu ku mbahej për dhunë në familje, Dan Hutra nisi një seri sulmesh të përgjakshme në disa zona të Tiranës dhe Kamzës. Brenda 33 minutave, ai shkaktoi një bilanc tragjik:
Vrau: Mevlute Hysa, Hasime Dafku (shtatzënë) dhe Etleva Kurti
Plagosi: Elena (Alketa) Hysa (ish-bashkëjetuesja), Kujtime Hysa (nëna e Elenës), dhe Marjana Gurakuqi (ish-e dashura)
Krimet u kryen në një distancë totale prej 8.8 kilometrash, nga Pallati me Shigjeta në Tiranë deri në Bathore, dhe përfshinë tre zona të ndryshme: Tiranë, Kodër-Kamzë dhe Bathore.
Motivet dhe dëshmia:
Sipas hetimeve, Hutra kishte planifikuar gjithçka gjatë kohës që ndodhej në burg. Ai pretendonte se ishte tradhtuar dhe kallëzuar padrejtësisht dhe se disa persona kishin tentuar ta vrisnin. Në dëshminë para hetuesve, ai e pranoi fajin dhe tha se ishte i vetëdijshëm për çdo veprim që kishte bërë, duke shtuar se i vinte keq vetëm për vrasjen e Hasime Dafkut, e cila ishte shtatzënë.
Prokuroria e cilësoi aktin si një masakër e mirëplanifikuar, e ushtruar me qëllim hakmarrjeje dhe me qëllim shkaktimin e dhimbjes maksimale.
Gjykata pritet të japë vendimin përfundimtar në seancat në vijim.
