Rama opens up about LaCivita: It's the only 'same wheel' in that

Prime Minister Edi Rama could not resist taking a dig at American strategist Chris Lacivita, who led the DP campaign, during the closing rally of the SP electoral campaign for the May 11 elections in Tirana's Olympic Park. 

He again described LaCivita as "Latifi" and Berisha as "the owl with Donald Trump's hat", while saying that "in that pile of waste there is the only 'same wheel'". 

"Instead of my friend in beige summer pants, there was the owl with Donald Trump's hat, hunched and wrinkled like that witch with Latifi. The only one who has benefited is Latifi himself, who will leave richer than he came, in that pile of waste where he is the only 'same wheel', as Kosovars say. The owl will thank you for the victory, but on Monday the complaints about vote theft will begin,"  Rama said.
