Democratic MP Edmon Spaho has denounced a case of vote buying in Pogradec.
According to Spaho, the SP candidate, Arjan Jaupllari, has promised 100 thousand lek in exchange for votes.
In the video posted on Facebook by Spaho, a young man is heard declaring that Jaupllari promised them 100 thousand lek for their vote, money which he said he would give them on May 10th.
"The second part of the 12-year-old series "Money in Exchange for Votes". The owner of the house implicates the SP candidate AJ. The village sees them but SKAPI cannot catch them," Spaho writes in the video's caption.
