British MP at the end of the campaign: Vote for the DP to lead Albania towards

Lord Stewart Jackson, a member of the House of Lords in the British Parliament, attended the closing rally of the Democratic Party, where he called on Albanians to support the DP in the May 11 elections.


In his speech to the citizens, Lord Jackson said that victory is near and invited the Democrats to commit themselves to making change possible. He emphasized the importance of mass participation in the elections, asking citizens to take their family and friends with them to vote for the future of the country.


"I send you greetings from the House of Lords in Great Britain! It is a pleasure to be here. I was looking at all these young people and wondering: what will their future look like? A generation ago, the younger generation of this wonderful country rejected tyranny and communism in the name of freedom and democracy," he declared.


Lord Jackson said that Albania is at a crossroads between corruption and a new path towards democracy and European integration.


"We can follow the path of corruption and cronyism, or a new path – towards freedom, work, business, prosperity, towards the EU. It is time for a new vision and for a better future for every Albanian. Victory is near!", he emphasized in conclusion.
