So what is affective psychosis or antisocial personality disorder?

 Diagnostic criteria for this personality disorder include characteristics such as a lack of awareness of the rights and feelings of others, a lack of empathy, manipulation of others for personal gain, and a tendency toward antisocial, aggressive, and criminal behavior.

People with this personality disorder tend to violate the rules and rights of others without any regard for the consequences. This happens frequently and they lack empathy or conscience for others.

Specific diagnostic criteria for antisocial personality disorder according to DSM-V include a repeated history of violating the rights of others, aggressive, recidivist behaviors, and sometimes the inability to change behavior based on previous experiences.

How do we distinguish it, what are some of the main symptoms and characteristics of antisocial personality disorder?

1. Lack of awareness of the rights and feelings of others: Individuals with this disorder have little awareness of the rights and feelings of others. They may violate the rules and rights of others without any sense of remorse or consideration for the consequences.

2. Manipulation of others: People with antisocial personality disorder are manipulative and may use others for their own personal gain, including deception and lying.

3. Tendency for antisocial and criminal behavior: They have a repeated history of antisocial behavior, including violating social rules, various crimes, and violent behavior towards others, in family, work, and social settings.

4. Lack of awareness of consequences: Individuals with this disorder may have difficulty understanding the consequences of their behaviors. They often do not feel punished or held accountable for their behavior.

5. Conscious lack of social rewards: They tend to no longer receive social rewards for their good behavior and have no pronounced feelings of guilt or remorse.

6. Lack of awareness of social adjustment: Another characteristic is lack of awareness of social adjustment. This means that they do not consider the impact of their behavior on their relationships with others.
