GJKKO leaves in force the security measure for the head of the KPP

The Special Court has upheld the 'compulsory appearance' security measure for the head of the Public Procurement Commission, Jonaid Myzyraj, who is accused of abusing a 2.2 million euro tender.

Myzyri appeared before the Criminal Court today to be informed of the measures for suspension from duty and obligation to appear.

SPAK has raised accusations of favoritism for the 2020 tender worth 2.2 million euros that aimed to maintain the "Rrëshen-Shpal" road and the "Repsit Bridge", the financial damage caused to the state budget is suspected to be almost 500 thousand euros.
