Murder of Klodian Rasha, the Supreme Court rejects the appeal of the former

The Supreme Court has rejected the appeal of former "Eagles" player Nevaldo Hajdaraj, who was convicted of the murder of Klodian Rasha.

The Court of Appeal upheld the decision of the Court of Appeal and the sentence of 18 years in prison for "intentional murder", but reduced to 12 years in prison due to the summary trial.

Nevaldo Hajdaraj killed Klodian Rasha in the early morning hours of December 8, 2020. He shot him from a distance of 5 meters.

The main footage seized by the Tirana prosecution clearly showed the action of the former police officer, who appeared to be positioned to shoot with his service weapon at the person he was pursuing.
