Berisha: We familiarized the OSCE Assembly and the EPP with the facts and

BERISHA: I was in Porto, Portugal, where the session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly was held. As you know, the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly and the OSCE institutions, including the ODIHR, are institutions of full trust of the OSCE member states, regarding elections, their character, their development, fair or unfair, equal or unequal elections.
I take this opportunity to thank very warmly the President of the EPP parliamentary group, Mrs. Gundrun Kugler, for the opportunity she gave me to make a clear, complete, factual exposition of the electoral farce that took place in Albania on May 11, 2025. The
interest of the President of the EPP parliamentary group, the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly and the members of this group was very great.
In our exposition, we presented with facts and documents what the process was in Albania of Ramaduro, the first and only narco-state in Europe.
Without comparing it to any other process in Europe, we informed about the total commitment of the narco-state, of all its human, financial potential, executive power, to control the vote of Albanian citizens and its purchase.
For the use of half a billion euros, for public prosecutions in flagrant violation of the law.
For the organization in violation of the law of 4500 national and international events ending with the Giro d'Italia in the last days and election day to influence voters.
For the use of the army of employees paid by Albanian taxpayers to serve them and not to engage as electoral police in the electoral process.
The signing of thousands and thousands of legalization permits, construction permits and property certificates, for votes.
The handing over of all secret, personal data of citizens to groups of patronageists to threaten and flatter them.
As well as the decision to plant 29 thousand hectares of cannabis throughout the country for voting, while the law allows a total of 200 hectares.
In our meetings and presentations, we informed them of all the phenomena observed from the surveillance of cameras on voting day, from the recount of ballots. We informed them of the wider use of the 'Bulgarian train' mechanism. We informed them of the nationalization of the diaspora vote and the diaspora voting process.

I think that the audience, with the news, with the documents, with the evidence that we sent, received the most truthful and appropriate information about the electoral farce of May 11.
