Osmani continues today meetings with political parties regarding the impasse in

President Vjosa Osmani, who yesterday began a new series of meetings with political parties, in an effort to find a solution to break the impasse in the Parliament, is expected to continue these meetings today.

Guxo Co-Chairman Faton Peci confirmed yesterday that he has received an invitation to meet with President Osmani, starting at 09:00.

Bosnian MP Duda Balje was also there, confirming that she had received an invitation for a meeting on Thursday.

Osmani hosted on Wednesday the leader of the VV, Albin Kurti, the leader of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Memli Krasniqi, the leader of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Lumir Abdixhiku, and the leader of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj – in an effort to help find a solution to overcome the institutional crisis.

At the meeting, Osmani called on the leaders to "as soon as possible", or within the 30-day deadline set by the Constitutional Court, to reach agreement on the constitution of the Assembly, the Presidency said in a statement after the meeting.
