Lawyer Genci Gjokutaj spoke this evening about the justice system in the country, while raising accusations that the latter is captured by the government.

Invited to Syri TV, Gjokutaj focused on the "Berisha" case, where he said that judge Irena Gjoka, who approved the arrest measure without going through the Parliament and rejected every defense request, is already under criminal proceedings for falsifying forms, but this happened only after she "finished working with the opposition."
