Debate on immigrants, Artan Hoxha shows how Albanians avoid tracking through ID

Journalist Artan Hoxha commented on the remote replies between Prime Minister Edi Rama and British MP Nigel Farage about Albanian immigration to the United Kingdom, also linking it to the phenomenon of organized crime.

Invited to the show on News24, Hoxha said that "Farage is not attacking Albanians, but the phenomenon of crime related to illegal immigration ", while according to him, " Rama is trying to camouflage this reality by acting populist and playing the numbers game".

He added that Albanian crime uses sophisticated methods to avoid detection, including changing identities through documents from other EU countries.

"One of the methods used by Albanian crime is to use or change identities with documents from other countries to get lost in the crowd and make themselves less visible to law enforcement agencies," he said.

According to him, " dirty money generated in Britain returns to Albania and destabilizes the economic and social system."
