A case of visa fraud to Canada was recently reported by citizen Luan Ndou on the investigative show Fiks Fare. He accuses the agency 'Visa Travel Agency' of taking money with the promise of a work visa in Canada, but no service was offered to him and the money was not returned.

According to Luani, at first he paid 1 thousand euros and was promised that within 6 months he would get the visa. Months passed, but no procedure was carried out. In an attempt to contact the owner of the agency, Mr. Hamza Bytyçi, he received various excuses and never a solution or the provision of the service he had requested.

Luan Ndou learns that the agency's Instagram profile has been closed, the office has been emptied and the person who managed it is no longer found. He also reveals that there are other people who have paid large sums of up to 1,500 euros and are in the same situation.

An employee of the office where the agency was previously located, has admitted that that person has not appeared for days and that there are many citizens who have asked for him, including a woman with children. She confirms that this is not the only case of fraud, but this has become repeated and worrying for many citizens who have requested the service from that agency.

The journalists of Fiks Fare went to the offices of the agency, they entered the offices where the 'Visa Travel Agency' previously operated. There they found only a pen with the 'punësohu.eu' logo and a jacket left on the table. Behind a closed door, they discover a folded poster that read 'Travel Agency Visa'. But, the owner of this agency is still a mystery, as he has not reacted to the case, or contacted the citizens./ TCH
