The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, appeared this Monday at the Special Prosecution Office (SPAK) in implementation of the "Compulsory Appearance" measure.

After leaving SPAK, in a statement to the media, Berisha said that according to him, all institutions have been established in the function of the party. Berisha said that Altin Troplini, referring to the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, is the main responsible, after Prime Minister Rama, for crime in Albania, where he had also noted this in the minutes.

Regarding the process against him, Berisha has described it as "judicial scum", while he has again raised accusations against judge Irena Gjoka that the latter works in the interests of Rama and Manja.

This human scum and judicial scum continues to work as a judge, being at the top of the pyramid of shame of the employees of the judicial system. It is said that a week ago, if it is true, a court case was opened against her.
Now, you tell me, a man who has committed numerous crimes, and after committing these crimes, convicted in Greece for criminal and civil offenses, declared two months ago to journalists in Albania that I have never been convicted.
This man had signed a power of attorney for lawyers to defend him for the cases for which he was convicted in Greece.
This person, who has publicly lied in the forms she fills out that she has not been convicted, shamefully continues to sit in the courtroom because she is the true face of Altin Troplini, the true face of Ulsi Manja and Edi Rama.

He added that he has not received any official letter regarding the 'Partizanin' process, but his lawyers will determine the decisions.

"I had not received official notification, as I should have, but that was not the reason. The reason was that I was on a trip, as you may have heard. But the truth is that the official notification had not arrived.
I have given you an answer, do not repeat the questions. My lawyers are the ones who determine the decisions.
I have not received official notification so far, but I cannot say that I did not receive it, because it was given in the media that the trial was postponed to the 21st. But I did not receive a letter," concluded the leader of the Democratic Party.
