In implementation of the "compulsory appearance" measure, Berisha

The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, arrived at the Special Prosecution Office (SPAK) this Monday morning in implementation of the "compulsory appearance" measure imposed on him for the "Partizani" file.

According to the decision of the Special Court of Appeals, Berisha must appear at SPAK on the first and third Monday of each month for the privatization file of the former "Partizani" sports complex.

Berisha is accused of the criminal offense of "Passive corruption of high-ranking state officials or local elected officials", committed in collaboration, while the leader of the Democratic Party himself has called the accusations politically oriented.
