A hearing will be held today at the Fier Court to review the request for conditional release of former Democratic MP Ervin Salianji.
The Probation Service is expected to submit its report, based on which the court will decide to accept or reject the request.
In the last session, the behavioral assessment report from the Institution for the Execution of Criminal Decisions (IEVP) in Fier was presented, where according to Salianj's lawyer, Ledio Braho, it resulted positive.
Salianji has been in Fier prison since October 2023, after being sentenced to 1 year in prison by a final decision for false reporting in connection with the "Babale" case.
