Control action in Shëngjin for abuses of public spaces, administrative

A group from the Lezha Municipality, the Municipal Police, the Urban Planning Directorate, the Tax Directorate and the Administrative Unit conducted an extensive field check along the Shengjin coastline today.

The controls focused on cases of abuses with parking prices, verification of contracts of beach stations managed by private entities, including those managed by the company "Lezha Invest", as well as the illegal occupation of public spaces at public beach stations.

As a result of the action, a number of violations were found. Administrative measures were taken against the violators, fines and seizures were imposed, while some cases were referred to the Tax Directorate for in-depth tax investigation.

The action is part of a broader plan to guarantee order, transparency and equality for all tourist operators and citizens during the summer season in Shëngjin.
