Spahia: The concrete construction of Theth is not accidental, but an electoral

The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance in Shkodra has reacted after the statements of Prime Minister Edi Rama, who spoke about an unauthorized construction in the Theth area.

The head of government announced that this is a construction in the heart of Theth, in violation of the law, which, although referred to the Prosecutor's Office by the relevant bodies, no action has been taken.

Bardh Spahia, has reacted, emphasizing that the concreting of Theth was not an administrative accident, but a deliberate act with an electoral background. “This entire project was used for political and clientelistic interests, damaging one of the natural pearls of the north of the country,” Spahia declares.

He also condemns language used by majority exponents, which he describes as denigrating and discriminatory towards the north:

"Expressions like 'the land of Xanun Benet' are not only offensive, but they testify to an exclusionary mentality that has no place in an inclusive government."

Spahia concludes his response with a call for full transparency, institutional accountability, and protection of natural resources from any form of political abuse.

The prosecution calls Rama's bluff by pointing out and arguing the responsibility and involvement of Bennett and state institutions in the scandal of concreting the center of Theth.

This is why Rama put on a show and beyond the theater did not say a single word about the responsibility of Bennett and government institutions.

The concrete construction of Theth is not accidental, but an electoral lure that served political and clientelistic interests.

Land of Xanun Benet is a derogatory regional expression used to discriminate against the north, but you wouldn't know it if you were from Prush or Hamallaj.
