Berisha: 40 officers were questioned about the 'Partizani' file as

DP Chairman Sali Berisha commented on the decision to release Jamarbër Malltez from house arrest.

Invited to Syri TV, Berisha said that 40 officers were questioned about the 'Partizani' file as false witnesses.

"My son-in-law has spent 2 years under house arrest in a completely political process, in which there is not a single violation of the law in hundreds of thousands of pages. In that file, the only proven violation of the law is by Edi Rama.

He paid a fine of 320 thousand euros by decision of all levels of the court. Because when the company opened the foundations, he found out that Jamarbër Malltezi was also a shareholder and went and blocked it. The company then went to court. The court ordered the hole to be dug. Edi Rama sent the municipal police again and did not allow it. Then the court sentenced Edi Rama to 320 thousand euros and he paid it. It has been requested dozens of times that Edi Rama be questioned in court....

.... Let me tell you the last thing, the plan for opening the army. It is the number 1 state secret. The plan for opening the armed forces is the most secret document. Only the president and the chief of staff know about it. Now these people, I have it here with documents, have a series of official documents that the Partizan club has extracted from the opening plan.

Now, what are these people doing? They have called 40 officers to change their minds that it was not removed from the opening plan. None of them can ever know, it is forbidden by law. It is the most secret document of the state. And these people, knowing this, have taken 40 officers to question them.

That the documents signed by their OPGJ, which says it is not in the opening plan. Adelajda Meta signed it. Since this did not work out, they took 40 officers, 40 false witnesses.

"But don't forget that the judge she was, she proved what she represents, " Berisha said.
