Thethi, tourists "criticize" modern trend

Thethi, which recently became part of the noise network due to some unauthorized construction, is one of the destinations with the best ratings from tourists in terms of nature and the guides that are in this region.

On Tripadvisor, a site that provides reviews of destinations, tours, hotels, and bars and restaurants, positive reviews for the places you can visit and what you will find have improved.

Meanwhile, the most significant photo accompanying the ratings for the destination on Google Review is that of the Church, which has been circulating the most these days with the image of concrete and illegally built houses that are being demolished by institutions because, according to them, the law has been violated.

Assessments for Theth and the Church

"It was a very good experience. The places we were in were amazing, the guide was very good and humorous," Kristian said in a comment in March of this year.

Regarding the Church, the assessments are numerous and all accompanied by photos.

Jorge Gil Ramírez, who visited Thethi three weeks ago, says it is a fascinating place, while he considers the Church a very good spot to take some photos.

Anna, another tourist, highlights that this is the most iconic building in Theth, beautiful on the outside and completely renovated on the inside.

"A beautiful and peaceful place. The church is located in a beautiful square surrounded by two large trees. The meadow is also a great place to stop and enjoy the view. Here, the place still shows its natural beauty. In the surrounding areas, there are many buildings and it is mostly modern," says Fabian Mayer in an assessment three weeks ago.

Mattijs Uitterhoeve, who visited Theth three weeks ago, has again posted a photo of the church expressing his fear that construction could flourish further.

"A very beautiful church in a very beautiful place. I'm afraid everything around it will be built up very quickly. It's already less photogenic than what I've seen in old photos," he says.

"A charming church in a charming village. With the paved road leading to the village, this place is slowly starting to show its charm but also the commercialism is starting," comments Slawek./ Monitor
