Assassination with 4 injured in Tirana, perpetrators confused target, were going

The dynamics of the attack that injured 4 people in the Lundra area, an event that occurred on Thursday night, have taken another turn.

It is suspected that the perpetrators have mistaken the target, as the target of the assassination was the wife of Roan Brahimi, who was executed a year ago in Greece.

Yesterday, Roan Brahimi's father, Gjovalin Prendi, 65, was executed in Pllana, Lezha. The perpetrators had been watching their target and as soon as they saw him at the door of the bar, they shot him in the chest.

Arenc Stafa, 35, Kian Mullahi, 19, Marko Demiraj, 17, and Dior Demiraj, 11, were injured by gunfire. The two minors are in serious condition at the Trauma Hospital.

The driver of the family's vehicle and the "Pelikani Security" company, Arenc Stafa, stated that they were returning from the 11-year-old's birthday party. He told police officers that he had no conflicts with anyone and that he had not noticed anything suspicious.

THE MURDER OF ROAN BRAHIMI

A year ago, unknown persons on a motorbike shot and killed Roan Brahimi, who was in a car with his wife. The latter was slightly injured.

The couple's seven-year-old child, who was playing in the square with his grandmother, witnessed his father's murder with his own eyes, according to eyewitnesses.

The executioners reportedly watched every movement of the victim's family and had reserved a parking spot for Roan Brahimi to trap him.

Roan Brahimi is also suspected of being connected to the murder of Gentjan Bejtje on March 15, 2024 in Larushk, Kruja. Brahimi is known as a rival of Ervis Martinaj.
