New details have emerged regarding the kidnapping and murder of Renis Dobra, who was found dead yesterday morning (July 9) in Lake Shkopet.

News24 journalist Enver Doçi reports that two Range Rovers are suspected of having come from Rrëshen to ambush and kidnap 23-year-old Renis Dobra.

Meanwhile, another car, coming from Milot, without entering the Milot-Burrel road, checked the road for 12 km for movement. It is learned that 10 people are expected to be escorted for this event.

The incident and the investigations

Renis' father, after not being able to contact his son for several hours, went to the police station, stating that he had lost contact with him. He was told that the officers immediately began searching, as is always the case, but to no avail.

Yesterday it was announced that the body of 23-year-old Renis Dobra was found near Lake Shkopet, in the village of Madhesh, Mati. The vehicle in which the young man had left his home is suspected to have fallen into the water, but has not yet been found.

A special investigative group led by the Prosecutor's Office is investigating a possible murder, as the body of the deceased shows signs of strangulation with a rope, as there are visible marks on the neck.
