Berisha presented the project of "Great Albania", promising to overturn the current situation and restore dignity to citizens. 

Opposition leader Sali Berisha promised the elimination of extreme poverty within the first 3 months of government, assistance of 200 euros for every citizen in need, a minimum wage of 500 euros, an average wage of 1200 euros and 1500 euros for teachers. Berisha stressed that Albanians will come out on top in the region for wages, pensions and social support, with a government that works for the people and not for self-enrichment.
