They exploited the 10-year-old for clicks, punishment given to TikTok's

The Berat Court has today issued a ruling for two well-known characters on the social network "Tik-Tok", Natasha Rombula and her son Armando Kumaraku.

They are accused of mistreating a 10-year-old minor, who is the son and nephew of the defendants, by posting it on the social network "Tiktok" and using vulgar language.

It is learned that the black squads have sentenced the father Armando Kumaraku to 3 years and 6 months in prison and Natasha Rombula to 2 years and 3 months in prison. To this decision, Judge Lumturi Zhupa has also added the additional sentence requested by the prosecution, removing citizen Armando Kumaraku's parental rights over his 10-year-old son.

Natasha Rombula and Armando Kumaraku were arrested in February last year, on charges of committing the criminal offense of "Maltreatment of a Minor", committed in collaboration, following a complaint from the minor's mother, who was divorced from Kumaraku.

According to the Prosecution, the two minors forced the minor citizen AK to make a video and post it on the social network "Tiktok" using banal and offensive words that are too serious even for adults who are no longer the age of the victim of the criminal offense, emotionally aggravating the latter through threats made by the two defendants.

The video footage management shows videos where the minor boy used inappropriate behavior and language, encouraged by the defendants, his father and grandmother.

The prosecution has announced that the minor AK stated that he often received physical and psychological threats when he appeared on "Tik Tok" and that his father constantly threatened him with a knife to make him appear on social networks, even though he stated that he did not want to and that he did not know the meaning of some of the vocabulary he used on this network and stated that his father taught him in the presence of his grandmother.

According to the Prosecution, giving the minor a 25 cm long knife, exercising continuous psychological violence, continuously and repeatedly insulting him with very harsh language towards him and his mother, as well as physically hitting him, have caused consequences for the minor.

The prosecution assessed that the giving of cigars and alcoholic beverages to the minor child by the two defendants clearly results in the fact that he was subjected to physical and psychological abuse and forced to perform actions that harm his mental and physical development.
