Mother and son murdered, SPAK closes investigations into Festim Qoli and Talo

The Public Prosecution Service has closed the investigations into Festim Qoli and Talo Çela, for the murder of Fatmira and Elvis Dedja, an event that occurred 12 years ago.

SPAK has charged Festim Qoli with "Premeditated Murder" and "Participation in a Structured Criminal Group", these acts committed to the detriment of his former partner Elvis Dedaj.

Qoli and Dedaj had a joint business, but when Dedja expressed interest in splitting the business, Qoli financed and ordered his murder.

He contacted Talo Çela and Nuredin Dumani to organize Dedja's execution.
