Trial between Vilma Nushi and Albana Vokshi, final conclusions to be presented

The next hearing between Albana Vokshi and Vilma Nushi took place at the Special Court.

The clash arose from the investigative commission on healthcare concessions, where the DP representative accused of violations in the check-up contract. The final conclusions were presented on July 3. 

After the court confrontation, in a statement to the media, Vokshi emphasized that SPAK presented this document, which states that criminal proceedings have been registered for the report made by the DP in 2020, which is still in the investigation phase.

But for Vokshi, this indicates proceeding with a specific name.

In previous sessions, the parties have refused to reconcile, while the process has reached the final moments where their positions will be given and the court will then issue a decision.
