Malltezi requests the revocation of the security measure "house

The court has decided to postpone until June 30 the consideration of Jamarbër Malltez's request for the revocation of the security measure "house arrest".

Malltezi is under investigation for the privatization of the former "Partizani" complex, for which SPAK has undertaken extensive investigations against several individuals involved in suspected favoritism and abuse of office schemes.

The first hearing on the merits of the "Partizani" case, where the defendants for corruption are Jamarbër Malltezi, former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, and three other businessmen, has been scheduled for the same date.
