The Lezha Prosecution Office has completed the investigations and sent for trial criminal case no. 332 of 2024, regarding the cultivation of narcotic plants in the Kashnjet area, where 3 people have been charged.

The Lezha Prosecution Office has sent criminal case no. 332 of 2024 to court for trial, charging the following defendants:

Armel Nikdukaj charged with the criminal offenses "Production and sale of narcotics" and "Cultivation of narcotic plants", "Theft of electricity or telephone impulses" provided for by articles 283/2 of the Criminal Code, 284/2 of the Criminal Code and 137/2 of the Criminal Code.

Elvis Spellzaj is charged with the criminal offenses of "Production and sale of narcotics" and "Cultivation of narcotic plants" and "Theft of electricity or telephone impulses" provided for by articles 283/2 of the Criminal Code, 284/2 of the Criminal Code and 137/2 of the Criminal Code.
