The Central Election Commission has rejected the complaint of the Democratic Party for the Lezha district, calling it unfounded.

The DP submitted a request regarding the May 11 election process, stating that there were attempts to manipulate votes in this district, including those of the Diaspora. 

The Electoral College is expected to review the complaints submitted by the DP for the Gjirokastër, Korçë and Kukës regions.

The Democratic Party has requested that the elections in these districts be declared invalid, arguing that the process was manipulated and non-transparent.

In addition to the invalidation, the DP has also requested a repeat of the elections in these areas.
