'The White Horse of Celibashi'

The Secretary for Public Relations at the Democratic Party, Jola Hysaj, has reacted to the positions of the head of the CEC, Ilirian Celibashi.

"Celibashi's white horse," writes Hysaj.

She adds that the head of the CEC, "proudly tells us that the elections were according to "European standards", but in the same breath, he is surprised by the ballots that were put in boxes in bunches like zucchini."

I remember that famous story about a gentleman who told people about a "white horse" that didn't exist, and surprisingly, many believed it.
