How does the US define terrorist organizations? US Embassy in Tirana clarifies

The US Embassy in Tirana has shared with followers on social media how the US defines foreign terrorist organizations.

While explaining with illustrated photos, the embassy explains that they are determined by the Secretary of State, then by Congress, and so on, starting the process of identifying organizations that are declared terrorist, and then the necessary measures are taken.
