A serious incident has been recorded in Italy. A 19-year-old Italian-Albanian, whose identity is still unknown, has died after being hit by a Malpensa Express train that had departed from Milan.
Italian media write that the young man was crossing the tracks to meet his friends who were on the other side of the road and most likely did not see the train coming or perhaps saw it from afar and thought he could make it.
The tragedy was recorded within seconds in front of his friends, while the 19-year-old died immediately from the injuries he sustained. Investigators are reviewing the testimonies of friends and images from the station's security cameras.
