A 45-year-old Albanian woman was stabbed to death by her ex-husband in Italy.
The incident took place in Tolentino shortly before 8pm on Saturday evening. Italian media reported that the woman was beaten to death in front of passersby.
When the police arrived, the perpetrator was sitting on a bench near a park and did not resist.
The 45-year-old mother of two children worked as a nanny. The victim was on her way to work at the time of the incident.
