A fire broke out this Saturday near the Lira Residential Center in the city of Berat. Persons still unidentified by the police placed several tires near this center, which houses people with disabilities, and then burned them.

It is learned that it was the educator of this center who notified the police and the fire department, who went to the scene and made it possible to neutralize the flames. No injuries were reported from the fire, while the police have launched investigations to identify and capture the perpetrator(s).
