Nuredin Dumani's brother, Dashnor Dumani, was remanded in prison this Saturday by decision of the Special Court. 

Dumani is suspected by SPAK of involvement in the Bradashesh massacre, where three people were killed, as well as for the grand robbery on the Rinas airport runway.

Meanwhile, the court has changed the measure of 'prison arrest' to 'house arrest' for Armis Stafa, part of the Çopjave criminal organization.

Staffa is suspected of laundering money for the criminal organization of brothers Hajdar and Franc Çopja, through the activity of buying and selling vehicles.

It is learned that none of the defendants spoke in court, but were represented by lawyers Ferdinand Ndoja and Gurali Braimllari.

Based on the information presented to the court, no proper extradition procedure was implemented for Duman and Staff, but they were brought through the deportation or expulsion procedure from the United Arab Emirates.

The pair were brought to Albania on Wednesday, June 11, from Dubai via a transit flight from Turkey.
