The President of the Court of Appeal in the Democratic Party, Adriana Kalaja, commented this Friday on the investigation by SPAK of the mayor of Shkodra, Benet Beci, in October 2024 and the publication of this fact almost 8 months later, only after the May 11 elections.

Invited to Syri TV, Kalaja accused SPAK of doing everything to strengthen the power of Prime Minister Rama. According to Kalaja, no investigation is SPAK's merit, but everything comes ready from partner institutions from the SKY EnchroChat interceptions. 

Kalaja:  SPAK has already cracked its shell. Everything that is being done today is being done openly. It is an institution that does everything it does to strengthen Edi Rama's power. You remember how it won the mandates in Durrës County in 2021, when Rama was the political leader and the list of deputies.
