The Complaints and Sanctions Commission (KAS) has accepted the request of the Democratic Party-ASHM and has decided to open the ballot boxes in the municipalities of Gramsh and Peqin.

This decision came after the Democratic Party-ASHM raised suspicions of irregularities evidenced in the video footage of the election process.

The decision to recount the votes was supported by the two Democratic Party members in the KAS, who argued that there are indications that require further verification of the election results in these areas.
