Vote recount, Lubonja: When it comes to theft, 5 pieces of evidence are enough

Analyst Fatos Lubonja believes that the recount of the May 11 votes is a deviation from the main problem, which is the political system, which no longer allows rotation.

Invited to News24, Lubonja mentioned the case of Austria, where the elections were canceled for something that had no impact on the result. According to the analyst, this is what we should do, educate ourselves so that in 5 trials we can turn everything back.

"The recount process is a diversion from the main problem, which is the political system we have set up, which no longer allows for rotation. This is a 30-year-old cultural issue. So, instead of making the vote sacred, the will of the individual sacred, we think about how to steal the vote."

The will to steal from each other manifests itself in many forms. The question is: how can we stop this? In Austria, the elections were annulled by the Constitutional Court only because two centers were not closed at the right time, while the result was not in any way spoiled, but the process was not correct. This is what we must do, educate ourselves so that in 5 trials we can turn everything back.

"The recount in Tirana will show the general culture that they have stolen. A lesson must be learned. Here they are talking about vote theft, I do not hear it either in Kosovo or in Macedonia and I do not think there can be a place in Europe for this to happen ," Lubonja said.
