DP's denunciation: Salillari warehouse owners become owners of photovoltaic parks and concessionaires, SPAK is silent

The Democratic Party has denounced the decision of Edi Rama's government, according to which it gave a photovoltaic park to a company founded only 16 months ago and with a capital of 100 thousand lek.

In the denunciation made by the spokesperson for Anti-Corruption in the Democratic Party, Genta Vangjeli, it is stated that the warehousemen of Pëllumb Salillari of the company 'Salillari sh.pk' have also become owners of concessions at the Vlora port.

A week ago, the Council of Ministers, through decision no. 309, approved the construction of a photovoltaic power generation plant and auxiliary works, in Levan, Fier, by the company 'ALBANIA SOLAR POWER' sh.pk, with an operating period of 49 years and a power of 82 million, which requires an investment of millions of euros.

Meanwhile, this entity was registered only 16 months ago, with a capital of 100,000 lek, has administrator and owner Engjëll Agalliu and no balance sheet published in the Central Bank.

But how will this entity realize this million-euro investment, while its capital leaves much to be desired...

One thing is certain, that Engjëll Agalliu has the profession of industrial machinery mechanic and has also performed this task at Pëllumb Salillari's company (Salillari shpk).

Perhaps the romantic kiss that Prime Minister Rama himself did not hesitate to give to the owner of the Angel, in front of the cameras, brought good luck to Agalliu himself, and so the Council of Ministers issued an exclusive VKM just for him.

It is also certain that, in addition to Engjëlli's younger brother, their father, Hektor Agalliu, was also employed by the same company, Salillari shpk, as a warehouseman. Salillari's employees were so successful that his father's vision reached the pinnacle of success, transforming him from a warehouseman with a modest salary into the owner of the entity part of the concessionaire for the design, construction, and maintenance of the integrated port in Triport Vlora, according to the concession contract with the same object signed between the Ministry of Economy and the Concessionaire on April 29, 2022, with an estimated project value of 44.9 million euros.
