The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, did not appear this Monday at the Special Prosecutor's Office SPAK, in accordance with the "compulsory appearance" measure. It is learned that the reason for the leader of the Democratic Party's failure to appear was a seasonal virus. 

The Special Court of Appeals on January 3 of this year imposed the security measure "obligation to appear" twice a month at SPAK for the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, in connection with the file for the privatization of the former "Partizani" sports complex. By court decision, Berisha must appear at SPAK on the first and third Monday of each month at 10:00.
