The Assembly meets in plenary session today, what is expected to be discussed

The Albanian Parliament will meet today for its next plenary session.

Today, the Draft Law "On the Energy Performance of Buildings" is expected to be discussed. We recall that the previous session was canceled due to the absence of Parliament Speaker Elisa Spiropali, who traveled to Ukraine.

NOTICE:

In accordance with Article 7, point 6, and Article 27/1 of the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly, based on the calendar of proceedings for the period May 29 - June 18, 2025, I ORDER: I. The Assembly shall meet in plenary session on June 16, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. II.

The agenda of the plenary session is as follows:

1. Approval of the minutes of the plenary session of 5.6.2025.

2. Notifications.

3. Draft law "On the energy performance of buildings".

4. Discussions on issues outside the agenda.

III. The services of the Assembly are charged with publishing the agenda of the plenary session, notifying the members of the Assembly through electronic means of communication, and preparing the parliamentary documentation to be reviewed.

IV. This order shall enter into force immediately.
