SEECP Summit Today/ Agenda revealed, here are the roads that will be blocked in Tirana

The Ministerial of the South East European Cooperation Process (SEECP) will be held in Tirana today. Today's summit will serve to promote Stability and Prosperity in the lives of citizens and integration into the EU.

There will also be some temporary road closures as part of the Summit. The agenda of the SEECP Summit is also revealed below.

Agenda:

The event starts at 11:30 a.m. From 11:30 to 11:40 a.m., the opening speech will be given by the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Igli Hasani.

From 11:40 to 13:00, a roundtable discussion will be held according to the order of speakers. The topic of discussion will be “Enhancing Regional Competitiveness and Inclusive Growth as a Pathway to EU Integration for Aspiring SEECP Participants”.

Then, from 1:00 PM to 1:10 PM, the summit declaration is expected to be held. For about 20 minutes, until 1:30 PM, the handover of the SEECP chairmanship will take place. After all this, a family photo will be held among the leaders present.

President Bajram Begaj will host the heads of state and delegations of the South East European Cooperation Process (SEECP) within the framework of Albania's chairmanship of this process.

"Promoting Stability and Prosperity through Regional Cooperation and EU Integration" is the theme of this plenary session that will be opened by President Begaj in his capacity as the Acting Chairman of the SEECP Summit.

At the end of the summit, Begaj will hand over the SEECP Chairmanship to his Bulgarian counterpart, President Radev. In addition to hosting the summit, the President is expected to hold separate meetings with counterparts and leaders participating in the SEECP process to further deepen Albania's cooperation with these countries.

Roads that will be blocked:

Traffic will be limited to several axes, such as the road to Rinas Airport, Kashari Overpass - "Durrës-Tirana" Highway - New Ring Road - Sauk Roundabout - Elbasan Road - "George W Bush" Road - "Urani Pano" Road - "Dervish Hima" Road.

Upon departure of the delegations, the following routes will be closed: "George W Bush" Street - Elbasan Street - Sauk Roundabout - New Ring Road - "Eagle" Square - "Tirana-Durrës" Highway - Kashari Overpass to Rinas Airport.

There will be a temporary ban on traffic, vehicle parking, and pedestrian movement on "Ludovik Shllaku" Street and Dibra Street.
