Gërvalla at the SEECP summit: Arbnor Spahiu's arrest confirms that

Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, Donika Gërvalla, was today part of the meeting of Foreign Ministers in Tirana, within the framework of the South East European Cooperation Process (SEECP).

In her speech, Gërvalla raised concern about destabilizing actions in the region, condemning the September 24 act of aggression in Banjska and the attack on the Ibër-Lepenc canal, accusing Serbia of responsibility.

Gërvalla also condemned the arrest of former police officer Arbnor Spahiu by Serbian authorities, describing this as evidence of Serbia's role in the attack in northern Kosovo.

Finally, she mentioned the steps taken by Kosovo for regional cooperation, such as the unblocking of CEFTA and the lifting of visas for citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

"Building a functional region requires justice, equality and mutual accountability," emphasized Gërvalla, calling for more responsibility and solidarity between the countries of the region.
