The Court of Appeals upheld this Tuesday the decision to seize the apartment owned by the mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, and his wife Ajola Xoxa.

The apartment in question is located in the Kodra e Diellit area, and was placed under seizure by SPAK in May. The company "AgiKons" sh.pk, had opposed the decision, but today the Appeals Court of Kosovo dismissed the complaint.

The court decided to fully approve the previous decision, considering the seizure of the apartment legal.

In today's session, Veliaj did not appear at the GJKKO, but was represented only by his defense lawyer. Meanwhile, businessman Abule, who is accused of being implicated in the "Veliaj" file, also participated in today's session.
