An accident was recorded this Tuesday on the Delvinë-Saranda road, in a place called 'Stiar'.

A 61-year-old man driving a Toyota is suspected of losing control of the vehicle, driving off the road.

As a result of the accident, the 61-year-old man suffered injuries and was transported for more specialized treatment to the Tirana University Hospital, fortunately out of danger to his life. 

"Around 19:30, on the Delvinë-Saranda road, in the place called "Stiar", citizen NB, 61 years old, driving a "Toyota" vehicle, is suspected of having lost control of the vehicle, going off the road.

As a result of the accident, the 61-year-old man suffered injuries and was transported for more specialized treatment at the Tirana University Hospital, out of danger to his life," the police announced.

The investigation team is continuing its actions to fully clarify and document the circumstances of the accident.
