The former director of "Parking Tirana", Eglantina Zere, and four other officials of this institution were found guilty of creating illegal advantages and privileges for the company 5D.

The Criminal Court sentenced Eglantina Zere to 1 year in prison, who due to the summary trial was ultimately sentenced to 8 months in prison.

The other 4 defendants in this process were sentenced to 9 months in prison each, who also received a sentence reduction to 6 months in prison, including Enkeljda Qyta, Bruno Koçi, Rivjola Baxha, and Kristo Zhulati.
