The Supreme Court will review on July 8 the appeal of Tirana Mayor Erion Veliaj, who is seeking release from prison.
The session will be held at 12:00.
Veliaj has been in Durres' detention center since February 10, when he was arrested by SPAK order. The mayor is accused of corruption and money laundering.
Earlier, Veliaj also offered a financial guarantee to be released, but the Appeals Court of Kosovo rejected it.
