The Electoral College, after Lezha, has also rejected the DP's appeal for the Kukës and Gjirokastra regions.

The opposition demanded a repeat of the elections, claiming irregularities in the process held on May 11. In the requests filed, the DP states that the elections in these districts should be declared invalid.

Currently, the vote recount process is underway in Tirana.

The recount for Gramshi and Peqini was completed a day ago, where irregularities were found. Some ballots were not stamped.
